PERSONAL TRAINING

I provide personal training to all people - anyone who is looking to add a consistent and personalised fitness routine into their life. I always start off with asking "What do you need to support you in reaching your fitness and wellness goals?"

I am always inclusive, and have worked with people from all backgrounds. I listen, motivate and genuinely care about the time we spend together and your goals. I like to understand your lifestyle, personality and needs - so that we can find the right fitness formula that will get the results you're looking for. 

 

I currently also work with some people with disability, and have experience creating inclusive and accessible fitness plans. My services can also be included in a NDIS plan. 

Sessions are generally 30 minutes. Please enquire about prices for longer sessions. Discounts available for Concessions, Seniors and Groups.

POLE PT

I also provide pole fitness personal training to anyone who may feel that they'd prefer to train/learn pole 1-on-1. 

If you've never heard much about pole fitness before, it is a fantastic way to gain strength, flexibility, rhythm and self-confidence. It's a part of my business that I am incredibly passionate about, and I have seen some truly amazing results with clients. Also, it's SUPER FUN!

$75 ~ Per Session

$350 ~ 5 Sessions

$650 ~ 10 Sessions

Sessions are generally 1 hour. Please enquire about prices for longer/shorter sessions. Discounts available for Concessions, Seniors and Groups.
